Senior Project Manager Role
This is a leadership position that requires an experienced IT project manager to oversee Agile Scrum teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing projects with large budgets, delivering projects on time and within scope.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* At least 8 years of IT project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
* Hands-on development or coding experience.
* A proven track record of managing technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
* PMP certification and CSM.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
