Our company seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage its financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording and reconciling daily transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and generating timely financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Record and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple accounts
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
* Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records
* Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
* Process payroll and maintain payroll records
* Assist in tax preparation and compliance
* Organize and maintain digital financial documents
* Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy
