The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales function across the South America Region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring the successful execution of sales activities. The Head of Sales will work closely with various departments to create tailored solutions for clients and drive revenue generation. Adhere to the highest safety and quality standards without exception Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Prepare and present sales reports to the Senior Leadership Team Knowledge, experience and skills required: Strong commercial and financial track record. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems desirable Language Skills - Fluent in Portuguese and English Extensive relevant experience in a senior BD, Commercial or Operational function with Oil and Gas/Marine industry. Experience working in a marine engineering environment. Extensive experience in sales and sales management. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
