12. Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

13. Familiarity with attribution models, tracking setups (GA4, UTMs, etc.), and AI tools to streamline analysis or creative ideation.

14. Fluency in English (read/write/speak) and willingness to work in US time zones.
