This position is based in Montes Claros (MG), at our manufacturing site, with relocation support available. It plays a critical role in supporting recruitment across different levels and business areas, both locally and—when required—across the Americas region.The TAP will act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in talent attraction and acquisition, supporting business needs while ensuring alignment with global HR standards and enhancing the employer brand.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the subject matter expert in talent acquisition, advising HRBPs and business leaders on workforce implications of organizational changes- Actively contribute to workforce planning discussions and recruitment strategy definition- Collaborate with sourcing partners to forecast talent needs and provide labor market insights- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the Employer Value Proposition is well represented throughout the recruitment process- Identify and lead key strategic opportunities, leveraging resources to implement impactful solutions within the function, site, region, or country- Guide hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all touchpointsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field- Relevant experience and/or certifications in HR functions- Proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably in multinational companies and/or production site environments- Advanced English- Proficiency in strategic thinking, data analysis, and stakeholder management- Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques, diversity strategies and working in complex organizational structuresAdditional Information- This is a hybrid position based in Montes Claros, MG, with on-site presence required once a week.
