Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, run recurring check-in calls, translate performance data, and proactively manage expectations.
2. Account Ownership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals, review performance regularly, and coordinate fast fixes.
3. Strategic Planning: Help build and present quarterly and monthly strategies, understand the client's wider business, and reflect that in the ad strategy.
