POSITION SUMMARYThe GSM Business Process Data Analyst is part of the TTT Global Supply Chain Management Business Processes Team.This person is responsible for driving improvements, standardization & harmonization in the capability and quality of GSM tools and services, analyzing data to support business decision making and define business solutions and processes with the support of IT services that provide benefits to the business.KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESCreate, maintain, and publish regular metrics and reportsSupport internal stakeholders with their GSM Business Processes & Analytics needsAttend cross-functional team meetings and support internal customer needsLead projects related to IT tools and GSM business process improvementsBe the SPOC (single point of contact) for internal customers in case of questions or support needsProactively lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize purchasing processes and drive innovationAnalysis, design and standardization of global target processes and global tools in cooperation with global and local organizational unitsComply with environmental, health and safety, quality, and productivity standardsComply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, practice and working periodPerform other tasks not included in the activity for which they were hired, when the needs or convenience of service so warrant, for the period necessary for the aforementioned needs or convenience of serviceREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor / Master of Economics / Science / Logistics degree in business, engineering, or related disciplineFluent in written and spoken EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Data Structuring, MRP systems knowledge is a plusVery good understanding of business processes in the Supply Chain areaCritical Analysis SkillsStructured individual with good problem-solving skillsDemonstrates a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionCustomer relationship skills and business orientationBusiness acumen, result driven personality2 years+ IT, Logistics, Supply Chain experience with focus on data analyticsAbility to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities.Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy StatementCarefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
