Drive Enterprise AI Adoption as a Revenue Development Representative
As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound motions that create pipeline, influence markets, and support a modern go-to-market strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities
* Conduct in-depth research on potential clients using AI-powered data tools to inform your outreach efforts
* Schedule and qualify discovery calls for account executives to facilitate smooth handoffs
* Track and report on daily outreach activity and conversion rates to optimize performance
The Ideal Candidate:
* 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry
* Proficiency with modern GTM tools such as Salesloft, Clay, and HubSpot
* High adaptability with a bias towards learning new AI technologies
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
