Description and Requirements
About the Role:
We are looking for a Tax IT Engineer with expertise in global tax systems to drive the development and optimization of our financial platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance financial solutions that support our global tax management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end development of financial systems, from initial concept (0-1) to full-scale implementation.
* Lead the SAP Finance module for Brazil’s Tax solution design and implementation.
* Apply financial product management expertise to develop solutions aligned with global tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* Work cross-functionally with finance, engineering, and business teams to identify needs, define product roadmaps, and execute product strategies.
* Document product requirements, workflows, and system architectures clearly and effectively.
* Drive process improvements to enhance financial system efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience: 3+ years experience in Financial roles with a foundational understanding of global tax concepts and methodologies. Prior experience building financial systems from scratch is essential.
* Languages: Fluent in English with strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Chinese will be a plus.

* Familiarity with large-scale enterprise information system architectures.
* Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus.
