In Brazil, the organization is experiencing a strong growth phase, driven by ongoing acquisitions. This expansion brings both opportunity and complexity, particularly in strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring consistent performance across independently operated businesses.


Purpose of the Position

As the organization continues to expand through acquisitions, this role has been created to strengthen leadership capability and talent scalability across its businesses. Operating at the intersection of growth and integration, the position focuses on shaping and advancing a talent strategy that supports long-term performance, leadership continuity, and organizational resilience.

Based in Brazil, the role will initially support the local group of businesses, while being designed with a broader, multi-entity mandate and the potential to expand across Latin America over time.


This is a highly strategic position centered on designing and evolving talent architecture across multiple business units, rather than focusing on the execution of established HR programs within a single organization. Working within a decentralized and lean environment, the individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing key decisions related to leadership, succession, and organizational effectiveness.


Impact will be driven through influence, coaching, and the ability to leverage existing HR and business resources, rather than through a large, dedicated team. Over time, success will be reflected in stronger leadership pipelines, scalable succession frameworks, and a measurable reduction of leadership risk, particularly in post-acquisition environments.


The Candidate

Main Challenges and Assignments

* Build and embed scalable talent frameworks across a diverse and growing group of businesses
* Address leadership gaps following ownership transitions, ensuring continuity and long-term readiness
* Influence senior stakeholders across decentralized business units
* Support sustained growth by aligning talent strategy with ongoing expansion
* Assess and integrate leadership and talent in newly acquired companies
* Implement data-driven approaches to talent and workforce decisions
* Deliver impact in a lean, influence-based operating model
* The role does not oversee daily HR operations or business unit-level execution


Experience and Professional Qualifications

* 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, talent strategy, and/or business leadership roles
* Proven experience designing and scaling talent strategy across complex environments
* Exposure to multi-business or matrix structures
* Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders (C-level / business leaders)
* Background in high-growth, transformation, or M&A-driven environments
* Experience with due diligence and integration from a people perspective
* Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging workforce insights
* International exposure and cross-cultural experience
* Experience beyond traditional HR expected, exposure to enterprise-level talent strategies
* Background that includes enterprise-level or strategic talent initiatives
* Bachelor’s degree required;
advanced degree is a plus
* Fluent English required;
Portuguese required;
Spanish is a plus
