The role of a Control Systems Engineer involves ensuring the seamless operation of advanced process control systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting APCs, communicating with process engineers and panel operators, and providing regular performance reports.
 * Develop and maintain complex control systems to optimize industrial processes.
 * Train operators and other personnel on APC systems.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
 * Provide technical support and maintenance for APCs and related equipment.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience working with OSIsoft PI Historian and Honeywell Experion PKS. Additionally, relevant skills and qualifications include expertise in process controllers, third-party PLC devices integration, and industrial communication protocols.
 * Advanced knowledge of industrial automation systems and process control principles.
 * Experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel or SEEQ/Honeywell Suite products.
 * Strong networking skills and proficiency in Windows domain administration and OPC connectivity.
