Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing schedules and supporting hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview scheduling, reschedules, and calendar coordination across multiple time zones.
* Recruiter Support: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
* Offer Logistics: Help manage offer logistics: generate and send offer letters, and track responses.
* Onboarding Prep: Assist with onboarding and documentation prep.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate data and support process consistency in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
