Job Title:Technical Manager BISO (Business Information Security Officer BISO)Job DescriptionThe Brazil Business Information Security Officer (BISO) focuses on proactively identifying security and compliance issues/risks to business operation processes across various accounts. This role involves executing controls to deter, detect, and mitigate security and insider risks, including establishing mechanisms to monitor and audit information and data protection for both Concentrix and its clients. The BISO also ensures compliance of each process and control item in the operational environment. The country BISO aims to enhance the fraud and compliance prevention culture, fostering a risk-free environment in Concentrix. Key issues include physical and logical security, data privacy, KPI, CSAT, call manipulation, and information leakage. Responsibilities include risk management, governance, metrics, executive reporting, and cross-team collaboration. The role achieves results through direct interaction and influencing other groups.Qualifications:3+ years as a Technical Manager, preferably with experience in quality, security, compliance, or delivery in the BPO industry.5 to 8 years in risk and compliance management, security controls, audits, or incident investigations.Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology or related fields.CISA certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.Deep understanding of BPO operations and CRM services.Knowledge of fraud, non-compliance, incident investigations, and industry risks.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.BISO Responsibilities:Promote integrity and ethical standards.Provide governance and monitor security and compliance issues.Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to address risks.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify risks.Work with operations to address non-compliance and implement preventive controls.Perform operational data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Recommend corrective actions and report findings to management.Partner with account management for proactive risk management.Support global security assessments and inspections.Participate in investigations and incident analysis.Ensure timely closure of incidents and share learnings.Coordinate with the Client Risk Control Team as the security SPOC.Develop and deliver employee awareness and training materials.Accountability:Ensure security and compliance across accounts.Continuously improve compliance levels.Support security programs and initiatives.Monitor risk areas and ensure closures are tracked.Lead internal reviews for efficiency and effectiveness.Establish governance and regular review processes.Conduct education sessions as scheduled.Location: BRA SAO PAULO Rua Tagipuru, 906 Barra FundaLanguage Requirements: English (Advanced), Spanish (Plus)Time Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: 2025-09-30Note: If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge reading the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/).
