Visual & Brand Experience DesignerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Visual & Brand Experience Designer to support a large-scale digital product initiative focused on modernizing the user experience of a leading marketplace platform. This role will play a key part in reimagining how customers navigate and interact with a multi-brand digital ecosystem.You will lead the Visual Makeover & Usability workstream while also helping shape a multi-brand gallery experience that brings together multiple brands within a single marketplace environment. The ideal candidate is a highly creative product designer who can quickly move from research and benchmarking into compelling visual concepts that inspire stakeholders and guide product direction.This is a fast-paced consulting environment with short delivery cycles, so comfort working in ambiguous environments and presenting bold ideas to senior stakeholders is essential.What You'll Do- Design and lead the visual direction for key product workstreams focused on improving usability and modernizing the marketplace interface.- Conduct benchmarking of leading global marketplace platforms to inform design strategy and identify best-in-class user experience patterns.- Develop high-fidelity visual concepts and exploratory prototypes that communicate new interface directions and inspire product leadership.- Design and prototype a multi-brand navigation and discovery experience that enables users to seamlessly browse across brands within a unified marketplace.- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate design ideas into clear product directions.- Present design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders, helping guide decision-making around product experience and visual identity.- Work within a fast-moving consulting team delivering iterative design outputs across short delivery cycles.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in product design, visual design, or UI design- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interface design and visual storytelling- Deep understanding of e-commerce and marketplace design patterns- Experience analyzing and benchmarking international digital products- Ability to produce high-fidelity concepts and exploratory prototypes that communicate bold design ideas- Comfort presenting conceptual work to senior leadership and stakeholders- Fluency in Portuguese (required working language)- Ability to thrive in fast-paced consulting environments with rapid iteration cyclesPreferred Qualifications- Experience designing multi-brand digital ecosystems or marketplaces- Familiarity with Asian marketplace and super-app UX paradigms such as those seen in Alibaba, Shopee, or Pinduoduo- Background working with retail, consumer products, or marketplace platforms- Previous experience in agency or consulting environments with fast delivery timelinesIf you're a designer who enjoys pushing visual boundaries, exploring global product patterns, and shaping the experience of large-scale digital platforms, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-visibility product initiative.
