Business Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, process mapping, and acceptance criteria.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in mobility projects and/or system integration.
* Strong knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards).
* Ability to create test cases and validate functional requirements.
* Advanced English proficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Additionally, they will be responsible for mapping the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points (app) and output (EDI), documenting integrations, data formats, and business rules, defining metrics and success criteria for the Proof of Concept, creating test cases, performing functional validation in the final phase, reporting defects, and following up on corrections with the technical team.
