Our teams foster growth and encourage creative thinking.About the roleWe’re seeking a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer (Marketing-Focused) to design fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, with a primary focus on creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives.For candidates outside the EST time zone, this position requires some overlap with EST working hours.Seniority Level: Senior LevelResponsibilitiesVisual Design: Designing marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing goals; ensuring brand consistency across platforms.Campaign Design: Developing visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners and promotional materials to support marketing strategies and goals.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences; analyze industry trends and competitor designs to inform materials.Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and user flows for intuitive experiences; organize content for engagement and navigation.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure designs are accessible to diverse users; stay updated on accessibility standards.User Interface Design: Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines; create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to test concepts.Organization & Documentation: Produce visual and interaction assets, create style guides and design systems, and provide detailed handoffs to engineering teams.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; incorporate feedback to refine designs.Ownership: Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and align design efforts with business goals.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of professional design experience in a B2B environment (agency, tech, or freelance); startup agency experience is a plus.Graphic design: strong visual content creation, typography, color theory; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.UI skills: scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite.Web mastery: deep understanding of interfaces and UX principles; ability to create compelling websites.Organization: systematic design for team-wide use, including components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.Accountability: ownership mindset and problem solving.Communication: effective in team and client communication; able to present research and concepts.Strong portfolio across print and digital; experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop is a plus.Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.What’s in it for you?Unlimited PTONon-working holidays per country of residencePro-rated 13th-month bonus in select regionsSalary increases and performance-based bonusesReferral bonusesMonthly internet stipendFun and casual work environmentEmployee engagement activities and virtual gatheringsWe are a diverse, global teamImportant NoticeTo verify opportunities, rely on positions posted on our official site: outliant.com/careers.
