The Business Analyst Role
Our team is looking for a skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our Strategy department. This position involves developing comprehensive feature prototypes using AI tools, testing and refining concepts with real users, and collaborating with engineers to implement working solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create prototypes using AI tools like Claude Code and other platforms
* Conduct usability testing and iterate on ideas with real customers
* Analyze customer problems and design effective solutions
* Collaborate with software developers to implement prototypes
Prior Requirements:
* A talent for finding creative solutions without coding knowledge
* Strong product insight and a preference for taking action over perfection
* Experience building or problem-solving in fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
