POSITION SUMMARY
HAYMAN-WOODWARD is seeking a Business Development Manager (Corporate) to drive the growth of
our corporate mobility platform and expand our presence among global companies managing international talent and operations.
This role focuses on developing strategic B2B relationships with enterprise clients, identifying market
opportunities, and securing long-term corporate contracts. The successful candidate will play a critical role
in accelerating revenue growth and positioning HAYMAN-WOODWARD as a strategic partner for
companies expanding globally.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identify, develop, and close strategic corporate accounts
• Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline
• Lead account-based selling initiatives targeting multinational companies
• Establish and maintain C-level relationships with corporate decision-makers
• Secure long-term recurring corporate contracts
• Identify market opportunities and drive new business development
• Present and position our global mobility and corporate services platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery
• Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking in CRM systems
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the corporate go-to-market strategy
WHAT YOU WILL SELL
Our Corporate division provides integrated services to companies expanding internationally, including:
• Global mobility and immigration solutions
• Corporate structuring and international expansion advisory
• HR mobility and talent deployment services
• Corporate finance and regulatory support
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Proven experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales
• Background in global mobility, immigration services, consulting, or professional services
• Strong ability to build relationships with HR leaders, global mobility teams, and executives
• Track record of closing corporate contracts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly results-driven and commercially minded
• Fluency in English; bilingual abilities in Portuguese or Spanish are advantageous.
