We are seeking an ambitious individual to support business development activities in the public sector across various countries.
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team spread across multiple locations, working closely with experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities in different areas.
* Scout and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries
* Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Fluent language skills, preferably in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
