We are currently seeking a bilingual Clojure Software Engineer, with advanced English skills (B2+) for a full-time position.
What You'll Do
* Spend at least 75% of your time coding
* Own the full application lifecycle following a DevOps mindset (from design to production).
* Design and build scalable solutions using microservices and distributed systems.
* Share knowledge and mentor team members, especially around Clojure and best practices.
* Improve engineering standards across the team (testing, CI/CD, version control, deployment).
* Support hiring efforts by participating in interviews as the team grows.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* 5–7+ years of software development experience in complex environments.
* 3+ years working with distributed application architectures.
* Strong expertise in:
* Clojure (must-have)
* Linux-based development
* CI/CD pipelines
* SOA and RESTful APIs
* Proven ability to write clean, efficient, resilient, and maintainable code.
* Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with AWS or other IaaS platforms is a plus.
