Job Description
Your mission is to help Portuguese & English speaking customers have an excellent experience with Wise. This role is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about both social media and providing an exceptional customer experience, where you'll engage with customers to solve problems and build community on our various social platforms.

Provide world‑class support and community for our Portuguese & English speaking customers online across all of our social media platforms (including X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and ensure customer happiness.
You should be creative, friendly, and solution‑oriented with both customers and colleagues.
Constantly stay up‑to‑date on social media processes and applications and look for new ways to use them to help our customers & team.
Understand the impact and role that customer support can play in new media, such as social platforms.
Understand the need to meet expectations, rise above them, and go that extra mile for customers.

Qualifications

Fluent in Portuguese, proficient in English (verbal & written). Support will be in these languages, with English as the working language at Wise. Communication skills will be evaluated throughout the process.
Prior experience providing high‑volume customer support online (social media, chat, community management, etc.) or working with public content. No content creation role required.
Flexible: willing to work 5 days a week, 7 hours and 12 minutes per day (36 hours per week).
Fast typist, at least 45 words per minute, and comfortable learning new software and tools (Khoros, Twilio, Ninjas, Slack, etc.).
Organized, multitasking, punctual, reliable, solution‑oriented, with sharp attention to detail.
Cool under pressure, handles multiple channels and tabs in a fast‑paced environment.
Growth‑oriented, embraces feedback, loves learning, and adapts quickly to new systems.
Team‑player, honest, accountable, respects others, and lives our values.

Additional Information

Please apply by submitting your resume in English. Applications in Portuguese will not be considered.
Your first three months will be fully in‑person at the office (Monday‑Friday, 9 AM–5:12 PM). After probation, the role becomes hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Variable days off; at least one full weekend off per month.
Expected start date: January 27th.
Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil.
Salary: 6,015.00 BRL gross per month.
