Job Responsibilities:Software Packaging & rollout, with required Support documentation & knowledge transferDevelopment, configuration & support of On-premise and Cloud based End User Services (e.g., Microsoft 365)Including application, endpoint and mobile device managementProvide escalated support & troubleshooting of VMWare Horizon VDI environmentActive Directory & Entra ID configuration, maintenance & administrationProvide 3rd line support for the Desktop environment, applications, and hardwareVulnerability & Software update management for Microsoft & 3rd party applications, OS & hardwareManage, monitor & maintain file transfer services for internal & External clientsProactive performance & reliability analysis, leading to continuous improvement of the Desktop environmentCollaborate with Internal & External Customers / Vendors to pro-actively obtain information regarding applications for packaging, problem solving or escalationMandatory Skills:Packaging experience with MECM / IntuneStrong knowledge of LinuxPowerShell scriptingAdvanced VDI Administration & TroubleshootingAdvanced Active Directory administration including GPO, IntuneGood understanding of control principles - Release, Change Management, etc.Experience working with best practice methodologies such as ITILProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2016 / 365Excellent understanding of build and client distribution architectures (MECM)
