Trade Compliance Specialist
In this fully remote role, you will research and track global trade regulations across LATAM and North America, providing insights to keep SAP GTS systems up-to-date for global clients.
* Monitor and maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).
* Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
* Ensure research and documentation meet ISO process standards.
