Entry-Level Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication & Client Interaction
* Monitor client messages and respond promptly to ensure clear communication.
* Act as a bilingual bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and problem-solving.
* Assist with brainstorming, strategy sessions, and progress check-ins to ensure project success.
2. Team Coordination & Task Management
* Take detailed notes in client meetings and convert them into actionable tasks.
* Work closely with developers to ensure everyone is aware of project requirements and deadlines.
* Track client support hours and communicate updates to stakeholders.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews on client websites to identify design, performance, and SEO opportunities.
* Provide assistance with small fixes and hands-on tasks as needed.
3. Quality Assurance & Helpdesk
* Review team work before sharing it with clients to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
* Manage Helpdesk tickets, including creation, tracking, and follow-up.
* Record video tutorials to explain processes or address common questions.
4. Support & Organization
* Collaborate with support teams to resolve any blockers or challenges.
* Help plan project timelines and estimate work requirements.
* Organize and maintain client assets, such as brand files and photos.
