The Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial deliverables and analysis for the enterprise-wide One Ecolab project. This role will support One Ecolab initiatives and maintain strong financial and accounting controls.
This role reports to the GBS+ Global Controller and is based in Buenos Aires.
What You Will Do
* Oversee One Ecolab accounting, forecasting, and planning activities for expense and capital expenditures
* Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls
* Develop and maintain tracking of One Ecolab financial and savings metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders
* Support GBS+ controller with insights and analysis for executive leadership materials
* Supervise and develop two analysts
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis
* Advanced in Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, building and maintaining models)
* Demonstrated ability in variance analysis, reconciliations, month-end, and forecasting
* Ability to drive change and standardize process and procedure
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong financial acumen with a background in accounting (US GAAP)
* Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to navigate matrix organizations and varying stakeholders
* Supervisor experience preferred but not required
* Potential to grow beyond the current role
