As we grow, we’re looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us execute, refine, and scale our marketing efforts across multiple channels.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing role. You won’t just be “managing”—you’ll be building, launching, testing, and improving.
You’ll work directly with ownership and leadership. Our owner has a strong background in marketing and will continue to lead overall strategy—but we need a reliable, capable person to help execute, support, and bring ideas to life consistently. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and seeing your work directly impact growth, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
We create marketing style funnels for both new clients and recruiting employees. You will be supporting our efforts in both.
We need someone with the ability to:
* Build and manage campaigns inside Go High Level (GHL)
* Create and schedule social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)
* Update and manage content on our WordPress website
* Design basic marketing assets (ads, flyers, social posts, etc.)
* Write or assist with email and SMS campaigns
* Help develop landing pages and funnels
* Monitor performance and suggest improvements
* Support new marketing ideas and test campaigns
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a 10/10 in everything—but you should be comfortable across the board.
Required:
* Experience with Go High Level (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)
* Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
* Familiarity with:
* Social media content creation & scheduling
* Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
* Google Ads
* Email/SMS marketing
* Experience working with WordPress
* Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
Bonus Points:
* Experience in home services or local service businesses
* Copywriting skills (ads, emails, landing pages)
* Funnel building experience
* Understanding of SEO basics
