Microsoft 365 Services Expert
As a seasoned Microsoft 365 services professional, you will be responsible for expertly managing and customizing our suite of solutions, troubleshooting complex issues with internal stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficient solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and customize Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Defender, EntraID, Teams Phone, Exchange).
* Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues with direct contact to internal partners.
* Collaborate with IT teams and external support providers to ensure streamlined solutions.
* Support service delivery projects, ensuring seamless transitions to regular operations.
Nice to Have Skills:
* Proficiency in hybrid user/group management, client setup via Intune, software packaging.
* Security configuration expertise with Defender, hybrid Exchange & Teams Phone management.
* Basic understanding of Azure deployment and troubleshooting methodologies.
* Familiarity with enterprise IP-PBX systems and email signature tools.
* Knowledge of core IT infrastructure: VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, ICMP, etc.
Requirements and Differentiators:
* Degree or certification in Computer Science or related field, with relevant experience.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Intune, Defender, EntraID, Exchange, and Teams Phone.
* Fluent English (mandatory); German or Spanish is a plus.
