The TIM is the Special Ops of the Integration team. You are the primary bridge between external POS (PDV) providers and Keeta's internal product. When an integration breaks in a way no one understands, you are the one who makes the first diagnosis. You also act as a Technical Sales Engineer, pitching our API to new POS partners. Beyond deep technical troubleshooting, you carry significant business responsibility: you use your professional network and influence to push API providers to prioritize Keeta's needs. You don't just follow a process;
you build the Provider Playbook that the rest of the team uses to win.
* Act as the final escalation point for complex technical failures and API bugs.
* POS Knowledge: Approach and pitch Keeta's API documentation to potential POS partners to expand our integration ecosystem.
* Tool Expertise: Mastery of Postman, Log-reading, and database queries to investigate issues at the root.
* Documentation: Maintain clear, developer-friendly documentation for our integration standards.
* Playbook Architecture: Translate complex technical/business interactions into clear, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
