Job Overview
The position of Regulatory Researcher involves analyzing global trade regulations, focusing on LATAM and North America. The successful candidate will contribute valuable insights to maintain SAP GTS systems for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stay up-to-date with legislative changes in assigned countries by utilizing government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and local experts.
* Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).
* Analyze and document new or amended legislation accurately and clearly within an internal repository.
* P Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes as needed.
* Ensure research meets ISO standards.
