We are seeking a DevSec Specialist to establish and promote a security-first culture within two embedded software development teams responsible for digital elevator solutions. This role will be key in integrating security throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing best practices and tools for secure development.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Culture & Awareness: Lead the adoption of DevSec principles, fostering a shared responsibility for security.
Secure Development Practices: Define and promote secure coding standards, threat modeling, and best practices for embedded systems security.
Tooling & Automation: Identify and implement security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and CI/CD security integrations.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure development practices meet elevator industry regulations and security standards.
Vulnerability Management: Establish processes for vulnerability identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Embedded Systems Security: Implement secure boot, firmware signing, and other security techniques for embedded systems.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a security champion, providing guidance and training.
Security Assessments: Lead assessments with security vendors and evaluate new security tools.
