Patent Paralegal Project Manager
You will oversee and manage patent filing requests, working closely with clients, translators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include preparing documents for EP, PCT, and foreign applications, proactively initiating responses to official communications and notifications, coordinating filings of patent applications and related correspondence from filing to issuance of grant, and monitoring cases to meet deadlines.
This is a full-time remote position requiring proficiency in English (spoken and written) as you will work with English-speaking teammates and clients. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm PST.
As a Patent Paralegal Project Manager, your role involves complex project management, strong organizational, leadership, and management abilities, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience as a patent paralegal in either a law firm or corporate setting, experience working with EP, PCT, and foreign applications, significant experience managing projects, and expertise in implementing translation tools into existing workflows.
