Head of Creative – Koko
At Koko, we're not just building a fintech brand, we're shaping the future of how people interact with money. To take this vision further, we're looking for a Head of Creative who can bring big ideas to life, oversee our entire marketing creative direction, and deliver campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
Role Requirement
• Lead the creative vision across all marketing, branding, and communication channels.
• Translate Koko's fintech identity into engaging campaigns that connect with millions.
• Oversee the design, content, and storytelling for digital, social, ATL/BTL, activations, and brand experiences.
• Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to create data-driven yet disruptive campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency while constantly pushing creative boundaries.
• Build, inspire, and manage a talented in-house creative team (and agencies when needed).
• Identify cultural, digital, and design trends to keep Koko ahead of the curve.
Candidate Requirement
• A creative leader with 6+ years in branding/marketing/creative direction (fintech, tech, or consumer brands preferred).
• Strong portfolio of big, bold campaigns that made an impact.
• Exceptional skills in storytelling, digital-first content, and visual communication.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business goals.
• Hands-on knowledge of design, copy, and multimedia content creation.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive teams towards breakthrough ideas.
