Scrum Master Position Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of major events and projects within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include orchestrating key events, managing the project calendar, facilitating problem-solving sessions, coaching teams, and identifying potential impediments to progress.
Key tasks associated with this role involve:
* Event Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate major ART events, manage the project schedule, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Team Coaching: Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on lean-agile principles and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk and Impediment Management: Identify, track, and help resolve obstacles and risks that may hinder project progress.
* Flow Optimization: Optimize the flow of work across departments, manage dependencies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and link business objectives to technical implementation.
