Graphic Designer Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to help us bring our brand to life through high-quality visual content.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design engaging social media creative, digital graphics, presentations, and branded visual systems across multiple formats and platforms.
* Create motion graphics and animated elements, including transitions, text animations, graphics packages, and lightweight video edits for short-form content.
* Apply brand guidelines consistently while finding space for creativity and innovation.
* Utilize AI and modern creative tools to speed up ideation, design variations, motion workflows, and content exploration.
* Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback, and ensure on-time delivery.
* Maintain clean, organized files and a high standard of craft across motion and static work.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity.
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, and Midjourney).
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines and evolving briefs.
* A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and an ability to embrace and act on feedback.
* Clear and confident communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with both creatives and project managers.
