Customer Growth Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Creating and implementing account plans to achieve revenue targets and improve customer engagement.
* Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
* Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue streams.
* Conducting regular account reviews and providing actionable insights to customers.
* A proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with long sales cycles, proposal development, and public tenders.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments.
