Especialista em Atendimento ao Cliente (Customer Service Specialist)

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
information on lead times, status of sale orders, return authorizations, shipments of
materials and expediting of shipments.
Managing allocated key accounts and regions, and back up other regions
Working in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales and technical
support to help resolve issues and find improvements to prevent those issues arising
again
Interfacing with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to
meet customers requirements
Co-ordinating service/goods Inwards and other departments as necessary to coordinate
the return of material for repair and or restock
Required Skills and Experience.
Have a commercial apprenticeship or similar and/or relevant experience.
Have previous experience in direct talk-to customer.
Excellente communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal). Spanish language will be a plus.
Have high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure.
Salário: R$4000,00
