Drive Professional Services Growth
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving professional services pipeline and bookings growth through customer workshops, prospecting, contract negotiation, and pipeline development.
This role requires strong skills in pre-sales, scoping, and negotiating professional services SOWs and related contracts (MSA's, Security Agreements, etc) for On Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid solutions.
* Work closely with Professional Services Management, Professional Services Consultants, Project Managers, Pre-Sales Solution Consultants, and Sales Account Executives to present customized service solutions to potential customers within Latin America coverage.
* Identify PS pipeline growth opportunities and execute install base campaigns both directly and as part of sales/process plays.
* Perform on-site workshops and assessments with customers to drive more license and PS bookings growth opportunities.
* Create detailed proposals and RFP responses working in conjunction with Solution Consultants and Account Executives in the Latin America Region.
* Track and forecast Quarterly PS Bookings and PS Margin targets.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree and CCM experience is highly preferred. Additionally, they require a background in professional services and ideally both professional services and some type of business development experience.
All resources are required to come from a more technical background and be able to speak succinctly to the technologies they are positioning.
Proficiency required in Portuguese, English languages. Spanish proficiency is also very desirable.
