**About the Team**:
The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company — from hiring the right talents, to developing employee-focused learning initiatives, and building a supportive environment for our employees to thrive in. At the core of Shopee’s success lies the talent and dedication of our employees. As our business expands, so does the need to grow with our employees.
- Monitoring the knowledge base and policies to identify needs for improvement in the available information and the need to include content;
- Negotiate with Regional Team possible cultural and local adaptation needs;
- Participation in meetings with main Stakeholders (Legal, HRBPs, Team Leaders, among others).
- Follow-up of results, to create materials for recycling and communication of policies and processes;
- Control of internal policies and timing of necessary revisions;
- Administrative activities to control the area (usually in excel sheets);
- Knowledge in structuring processes, development of procedures and presentation manuals, process mapping and knowledge of flowchart creation;
- Use of power point for content creation;
- Participate and contribute to the culture of continuous improvements of policies and processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluent in English (written, verbal and presentation);
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products;
- SOP and Process Design skills.
