Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
Living standards in Sweden are strong, and a lot of your work will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.
We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities
Identify and recruit engineers in the IT sector for Sweden-focused roles.
Build trust with candidates about relocating to Sweden and joining client projects.
Coordinate with a global recruitment team and Swedish management to support relocation logistics.
Inform candidates about benefits of living and working in Sweden and manage relocation-related tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment activities.
Contribute to a high-quality recruitment process with a customer-oriented mindset.
Requirements / Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution.
High quality and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and self-motivated.
Resilient, able to persevere after setbacks.
Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment Details
Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
Employment type: Full-time with a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Duration: Minimum 12 months.
Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
