**Your Role**:
You will be a member of a dynamic global team that manages an Adobe AEM platform hosting over 350 websites for our Healthcare and corporate business units.
Using your high degree of functional understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) you will work with our business to guide business demand into appropriate solutioning for patient and healthcare provider websites.
You will work closely with Information Management teams, developers, business partners and key contacts throughout the organization to translate complex business requirements into functional recommendations based on existing platform functionality and templates.
You will be a key contact to provide insights to platform capabilities and functionality and will participate in full website testing as needed when upgrades are performed.
You will work with multiple development and project teams to help guide and direct development of websites and functionality in our AEM environment.
You will work with vendors, strategic partners, and internal resources to facilitate delivery of projects on-time, on-budget, and on-quality.
You will establish strong, effective, working relationships with the client base across the organization.
You will participate in brainstorming activities for multi-channel solutioning with our core web team
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Experience working on Adobe AEM platform from a functional perspective required, bridging communications and insights between the business and technical teams
- Experience as business analyst translating business requirements into functional solutions aligned with technical teams
- Experience testing customer facing websites on a variety of platforms, hardware and browsers
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across IT and business contacts at multiple levels of the organization
- Self motivated, self driven and able to grasp and internalize complex web and integration concepts
- Experience managing JIRA queues, dashboards and ticketing
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven deep analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Strong SDLC experience: familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Healthcare domain experience desired
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred
- Experience in guiding business developing and writing user stories
- Experience managing confluence epics and documenting solutions
- Ability to manage and execute testing on multiple web sites and integrations
- Experience working on responsive web sites and best practices in multi-channel environments
- Proven success working with multicultural teams in a highly diverse geographic team across all time zones
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and investigate improvements to processes
- Scrum master skills a plus
