You will be a champion of the end-user within their Salesforce projects. Your mission is to transform complex business processes into intuitive, high-fidelity digital experiences. You will apply user-centered design principles to the Salesforce platform, ensuring that solutions are not only functional but delightful to use. You will work closely with stakeholders to conduct user research and translate those insights into wireframes and prototypes that adhere to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).Must-have Technical Skills: Proven Experience: 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions. Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Avonni is a plus. Design Systems: Deep expertise in working with and extending design systems; specifically, a strong working knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). User Research: Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate design decisions. Information Architecture: Ability to create site maps, user task flows, and wireframes that simplify complex Salesforce data structures. Visual Design: Strong eye for typography, color theory, and layout, with a focus on creating accessible and responsive web interfaces. Prototyping: Ability to build click-through prototypes to communicate interactions and transitions to stakeholders and developers.Salesforce Specific Knowledge: Platform Awareness: Understanding of Salesforce \"Out-of-the-Box\" layout capabilities and limitations (e.g., Lightning App Builder, Page Layouts, and Dynamic Forms). Component-Based Design: Familiarity with how Salesforce components behave to ensure designs are technically feasible for developers to build. Experience Cloud: Knowledge of the branding and styling capabilities within Salesforce Experience Builder.Desirable Skills: Accessibility: Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 compliance and how to apply accessibility standards within a Salesforce environment. Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading Design Thinking workshops or discovery sessions with clients.Interpersonal Skills: Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into logical user journeys. Collaboration: Experience working in an Agile environment alongside Business Analysts and Salesforce Developers. Storytelling: Strong ability to present design concepts and \"sell\" the UX vision to non-technical stakeholders.Certifications: Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer (Highly Preferred) Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer (Desirable) Google UX Design Professional Certificate or similar industry accreditation.Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
