Responsibilities
Reviews loan application and completeness of the documents submitted by the client
Monitors the status of the loan applications and documents
Handles customer/clients inquiries through telephone, email, or walk-in
Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year course
Has good communication skills, administrative skills, and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent attention to detail
Customer-service oriented, organized, persuasive, and proactive
Computer proficient
No work-related experience is required for this position
Salary Range: 10,000-11,000
