Account Manager
Novogene is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships within the life science sector. The position is remote, but candidates must reside in Brazil.
Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and achieving sales in assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
Develop, establish, and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Focus on rapidly developing and growing business in the assigned accounts.
Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant Novogene divisions.
Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of the company's products and services.
Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately document and track client‑related information and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
BS degree in life science with preference for biology, biochemistry, or genetics; advanced degree encouraged.
Background in NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology.
Prior sales and account management experience in biotech, especially with a network within assigned accounts.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Availability to travel within Brazil.
