Responsibilities
Identify Root Technical Issues: Using the Cognitive Support Platform, Drupal, IBM Documents, and ARM, you will work directly with clients to identify the root cause of technical problems and understand their current technical environment and its impact on their business.
Recommend Best Course of Action: Based on your assessment of available options, you will recommend the most effective solution to meet the client's needs and maintain their satisfaction with IBM products and services.
Collaborate with Support Teams: You will work with other Support teams, Complaint Management, and Development teams to share knowledge, facilitate issue resolution, and drive product improvements.
Provide Technical Expertise: You will utilize your technical understanding of IBM AIX and its interaction with other IBM HW, SW, and Cloud Solutions to deliver high-quality support to clients.
Deliver Solution-Focused Support: You will ensure that the final resolution meets the client's needs, maintaining their satisfaction with the delivery of hardware and software maintenance, IBM products, and services.

IBM Cloud Solutions Knowledge: Experience with IBM Cloud Infrastructure solutions, including IBM Private Cloud and IBM Hybrid Cloud, and understanding of their integration with IBM AIX.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including Support teams, Complaint Management, and Development teams, to facilitate knowledge sharing and issue resolution.
Premium Support Expertise: Experience with premium support models, such as Premium Support and Expert Care contracts, and understanding of their unique requirements and delivery expectations.
