About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing digital asset library, leveraging strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and governance expertise to enable AI tagging systems and maintain asset integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies.
* Organize and manage large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms, ensuring consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards.
* Collaborate with teams to implement governance policies and metadata best practices, providing human-in-the-loop support alongside AI tagging tools.
* Train and onboard marketers and content owners on how to use and maintain structured DAM systems.
* Familiarity with usage rights, compliance workflows, and content lifecycle management.
* Embed librarian practices into decentralized teams, scaling metadata ownership over time.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or relevant field, or 3 years of experience in similar line of work.
* Program or project management experience, with knowledge of training data creation for AI prompt development.
* Extensive experience in managing an extensive digital asset library.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams with varying levels of understanding.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a service mindset.
