The Challenge
Uitify is seeking a seasoned Design Transformation Specialist to spearhead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
* Lead cross-functional teams in developing user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and technical constraints;
* Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into scalable and performant design solutions;
* Develop strategic design plans that drive usability, accessibility, and innovation for data-heavy interfaces and cybersecurity tools;
Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to align design goals with customer needs, creating and maintaining design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite, and driving design decisions through user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience designing for cybersecurity platforms, data-heavy interfaces, and user-centered design solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools.
Key qualifications include direct experience designing for cybersecurity platforms (e.g., threat detection tools, security dashboards, monitoring platforms), background in designing data-heavy interfaces with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions, and knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers.
