**Duties**
- You'll be tasked with answering customer questions over the phone and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers.
- Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
- Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
**Your commitment**
- Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
- Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
- Personal integrity and conscientiousness.
- Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals.
- Team player.
- Continuous learner.
- Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on).
- Have your own laptop.
- Noise-canceling headset.
- French or another language is a plus!
