We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Buid long-lasting relationships with hotels in your portfolio, fostering strong partnerships and mutual growth.
* Optimize inventory and availability to maximize revenue through strategic rate management.
* Negotiate agreements that drive conversion and competitiveness for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns to align contracted products with agency network demand.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies to increase hotel visibility.
* Identify new business opportunities for product, offer, or service expansion, in collaboration with department heads and Business Acceleration.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education in tourism or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* An advanced level of English proficiency.
