This is a delivery specialist role within a managed services program (MSP). It involves working with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless requisition management and operational success.
* Train and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives and vendor management systems (VMS) data integrity projects.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and VMS, combined with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Beeline. Bilingual competency in English and Portuguese is also required.
