About the Role
As an SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
You will coordinate and manage data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
In addition, you will oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams, providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members.
